Garland M. Jones, owner and manager of Jones & Jones Construction LLC, is a native of Cleveland , NC. He attended NC A&T State University where he majored in and received a BS Degree in Accounting in June of 1971.
Garland has over 12 years of construction experience since passing the testing requirements for the North Carolina General Contractors License in 1995. Since then, Garland has also passed all testing requirements and has held or currently holds General Contractors licenses in South Carolina, Arizona, and California. The licenses that Jones & Jones Construction LLC hold are unlimited, therefore our potential to do more construction business for YOU, THE CLIENT, is also unlimited. And with over 22 years experience and $70,000,000 in Real Estate sales, Garland also brings great marketing and financial skill to Jones & Jones Construction, LLC.
Garland is a member of the Chambers of Commerce in Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and Charlotte, NC. He also serves on the Board of Advisors for the Charlotte Chamber. Garland served on the Professional Standards Committee of the Greensboro Association of Realtors and completed Leadership Training Conferences in Winston-Salem and Charlotte. He also is a member of the North Carolina Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Chapter specializing in all aspects of Commercial and Investment Real Estate and a member of the NAIOP.
